was founded in 2002 by Troy and Stephanie Bausch. Troy, a graduate of
Western Culinary Institute in Portland, Oregon, wanted to utilize his
skills and experience to manufacture good quality gourmet foods. While
working in his family's restaurant in Cascade Locks, Oregon, he began
making barbecue sauce for use in their recipes. Everyone loved it and
thought he should market it. Thus began a three-year journey to perfect
the recipe and get it on the market. Since then he has developed three
additional flavors, put together a Cajun Rub, and most recently
developed an
Easy Fix'n Chili Starter. We are proud to bring you these items,
