large onion, diced
1 Lb lean ground
beef
1 jalapeno chili,
chopped
1 4 oz can diced
pineapple, with juice
11/4 cup thick
salsa
1 cup
Whiskey Flats Classic Bourbon
barbecue glaze
8 large tortillas
1/2 cup Monterey
Jack cheese, shredded
11/2 cups Cheddar
cheese, shredded
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Pour 2 Tbsp oil in heated
skillet.
Add hamburger and sear.
Add 1/2 of diced onions and
cook together until hamburger is cooked through.
Set aside in a separate
dish.
Using the same sauce pan,
heat 1/4 cup of oil.
Saute other 1/2 onions until
lightly browned.
Add jalapeno peppers. Cook
together with onions.
Add pineapple with juice.
Coook for 2-3 minutes.
Add salsa and barbecue
glaze.
Cook together for 2-3
minutes. Remove from heat.
Lightly heat tortillas on a
flat griddle.
Stuff the heated tortillas
with the reserve hamburger mixture.
Sprinkle 3 Tbsp cheddar
cheese into each. Roll tightly together and
place in baking dish.
Spoon enchilada sauce over
tortillas.
Add remaining cheese over
the top with olives.
Bake for 15 minutes or
until hot.
Great with refried beans,
lettuce, sour cream and tomatoes.

Your favorite
8"-10" pizza crust
Two 4-5 oz
chicken breasts, diced
1 medium red
onion, sliced
1 bottle
Whiskey Flats Hickory Smoke
barbecue glaze
1 red bell
pepper, sliced
1/2 cup
mozzarella cheese, shredded
11/2 cup cheddar
cheese, shredded
1/2 cup pizza
sauce
Preheat oven according to
pizza crust package directions.
Saute' chicken with 1/2 of
red onion.
After chicken is cooked, add
1/2 or red bell pepper and Whiskey Flats
Hickory Smoke barbecue glaze.
Cook for 3-5 minutes.
Remove chicken barbecue
mixture from heat.
Spread pizza sauce on crust.
Spread chicken barbecue
mixture over pizza sauce.
Top with cheese.
Add remaining sliced pepper
and onion.
Heat according to your
pizza crust package directions.
Bourbon Pulled Pork Butt

4-6 Lbs.
*Pork Butt
1/3 Cup
Whiskey Flats BBQ Seasoning
1/2 Cup
Molasses
1 Cup
good bourbon
Rub BBQ
Seasoning into Pork. Add pork,
molasses, and bourbon into crock-pot or
pressure cooker. Cook until tender and
meat falls apart.

game as a variation to this recipe

1 Bottle Whiskey
Flats Barbecue Glaze
½ Cup Whiskey
Flats Barbecue Seasoning
¼ Cup Water
2 Lbs thinly-sliced
lean flank meat, wild game, salmon, etc.
Whiskey Flats
Cajun Seasoning,
sprinkled on
Cover and marinate
first four items 12-14 hours in refrigerator
Dry meat well
with cloth to absorb excess sauce
Sprinkle each
piece of meat with Cajun Seasoning
Put on oven
rack, hangers, in smoker, dehydrator, etc. at
100-150 degrees
for 7-10 hours
Store in
ziplock bags up to four months

Substitute for your common
meat loaf recipe Whiskey Flats Hickory
Smoke flavor BBQ glaze instead of
ketchup. Just mix into your meat loaf mixture,
glaze top of the loaf and cook accordingly.
Use Whiskey Flats
Classic Bourbon BBQ glaze as a dipping
sauce for chicken strips, little smokies, french
fries, or any of your favorite snacks.
All our sauces are great as
marinades for kabobs, fresh salmon, chicken,
ribs, etc.: Marinate two hours before cooking.
Cover product in a deep dish and use sauce as a
baste during grilling.
