Slow-Cooked Pulled Pork:
📝 Ingredients:

2–3 lbs pork butt

2 Tbsp olive oil
-
Up to 1/3 cup Whiskey Flats Grilling Rub

1 cup Whiskey Flats BBQ Sauce (your choice)

1 cup chicken stock or dark beer
-
1 tsp salt (optional)

Optional: 1 onion, 1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes
👨🍳 Directions:

Pour chicken stock or beer into crock pot.

Pat pork butt dry.

Rub olive oil over pork.

Coat with Whiskey Flats Grilling Rub + optional salt.

Place pork in the crock pot. Pour BBQ sauce on top.

Add optional onion and tomatoes.

Cook on low for 4–6 hours, or until pork shreds easily.

Shred pork in a large bowl and serve as desired.
