Gold Digger Cajun Burger

📝 Ingredients:

  • 2–3 slices real peppered bacon

  • 1/4 cup caramelized onions

  • 2 slices cheddar cheese

  • Whiskey Flats Cajun Seasoning (generous sprinkle)

  • Whiskey Flats Gold Digger BBQ Sauce

  • Fresh pretzel bun

  • Optional: pickle, lettuce, tomato, mustard/mayo to your liking

👨‍🍳 Directions:​

  • Season the beef patties with Whiskey Flats Cajun Seasoning

  • Grill the burgers over medium-high heat until they reach your desired doneness.

  • As they near the finish, add your cheddar slices and let them melt over the top.

  • In a separate skillet, cook your bacon until crisp and caramelize your onions

  • Layer it all up: pretzel bun base, burger, melted cheddar,

  • add Gold Digger BBQ Sauce, caramelized onions & bacon.

  • Top with more Sauce if you’re feeling bold.
