Whiskey Flats Pan-Seared Salmon

📝 Ingredients:

  • 1–2 fresh salmon fillets

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • Juice of 1 lemon

  • 2 tsp Whiskey Flats Trout & Salmon Rub

  • 1/2 bell pepper, sliced

  • 2 green onions, chopped

  • 1 tbsp butter

👨‍🍳 Directions:​

  • Marinate the salmon in olive oil, lemon juice, and rub for about 2h

  • Heat butter in a pan over medium-high heat.

  • Add bell peppers and green onions. Cook another 3–4 minutes.

  • Add salmon and sear for 3–4 minutes on one side. Flip.

  • Sprinkle another layer of Whiskey Flats Trout & Salmon Rub.

  • Serve with your favorite side or straight from the pan.

🔥 Pro Tips:

  • Sear on a hot pan and don’t flip too soon – give it time to form that golden crust.

  • Use tongs or a fish spatula to handle the salmon gently
