Whiskey Flats Pan-Seared Salmon
📝 Ingredients:

1–2 fresh salmon fillets

2 tbsp olive oil
-
Juice of 1 lemon

2 tsp Whiskey Flats Trout & Salmon Rub
-
1/2 bell pepper, sliced
-
2 green onions, chopped
-
1 tbsp butter
👨🍳 Directions:

Marinate the salmon in olive oil, lemon juice, and rub for about 2h
-
Heat butter in a pan over medium-high heat.

Add bell peppers and green onions. Cook another 3–4 minutes.

Add salmon and sear for 3–4 minutes on one side. Flip.

Sprinkle another layer of Whiskey Flats Trout & Salmon Rub.

Serve with your favorite side or straight from the pan.
