4 garlic cloves, minced

2 sweet bell peppers, diced

1 Anaheim pepper, finely chopped

2 Serrano peppers, finely chopped

1 large can crushed or diced tomatoes

½ cup Whiskey Flats Southwest Chili Seasoning

2 cans kidney or pinto beans (optional), drained and rinsed

2 cups water or beer (adjust for desired consistency)
Optional “Kicked Up” Additions:

1 hot yellow Mexican pepper

1 extra Anaheim pepper, chopped

1 extra Serrano pepper, chopped
